I hate living in a country in which either you're a Christian or you're a retard. :disappointed:

I myself am very open-minded to everything. I dunno what to believe, though. I could so be an atheist, but I like to think there is a God to give cred to for whatever good there is left in this fucked up world of ours.

But america's such a large country,

you couldn't say that for all the states? surely :uhoh:

Imagine living in a country where blasphemy is punishable by a €25000 fine :wtf: ( like they can catch me anyway :p )

there are worse laws regarding religion in other countries i;m guessing....well i'm slightly hoping there are tbh. :laugh4:

Oh, and I understand that some countries are worse, I'm not exactly saying that the US is the worst out there, heck no!

But the ignorance in people just.... it's mind blowing!

yeah, it's not the countries

but the ignorant people in them who cause the problems.

most ignorance is bad, ( exceptions could be possible ...? )

be it from someone atheist or from someone in a religion.

Well they do say ignorance is bliss.

Which I don't understand, really. I think we should all be educated enough to think like "radicals."

Most of my friends, they are Christians and no matter what i argue about why i'm not religious they find a way to gang up against me. It's the way there were raised and I can't figure out why they would rather go by what they've been taught growing up instead of going and finding answers on their own or even questioning something.

To them, I'm just a curious, silly, stubborn little girl. But I don't really argue with them. I respect their beliefs and I don't force them to see what I see if they don't want to.

What the fuck, sorry but your friends just stubborn. It's not that hard to accept that someone doesn't believe in something you do. And like you said, you respect their beliefs. Hopefully they're really nice people other that aspect. :nice:

My friends are atheist and catholic, we would talk about religion sometimes and try not to force beliefs down each others throats.

I'm baptised catholic, brought up in school catholic, but go to Protestant church.

(My mom is catholic, my dad is protestant.)

Either way i'm not really a believer. :laugh4:

Well, that whole thing was a joke then?

OH! LOLZ! GOOD ONE!

Scientology?, yes I do tend to find it funny.

TOM CRUISE AHAHAHA

He's almost as much of a joke as the Pope!

What about Satan? Surely someone here worships the ole horny devil himself? :(

First rule of Satan Club is you do not talk about Satan Club.

I live in Lebanon and it's more a christian country I learn religion in school and I'm in a maronite familly but when I think about it I don't really get it I think that people try to figure out how the world began where is the end where's the begening so they try as long as they can imagine and prove things but when they're face to face to things that they can't understand or explain they turn all their eyes to God . And sometimes when they say that God loves everyone I just think :"So why people die?!And what's heaven and where is it and how is it" I'm just confused!

and sorry for my english
