Well, doesn't have to be dance.

For example, I can easily get motivated if Bodysnatchers starts suddenly.

Anything really, just not.. not passive.

i remember when i used to go on the cycling machine at the gym listening to powerpill pacman by aphex twin.

mental.

Snow Patrol- Open Your Eyes

There is just SOMETHING about that song that makes it great for running :D

When I work out, I like to listen to hard rock, metal, or pop music. The louder it is, the better I like it. Definetly nothing where you are analyzing the content. Metallica, SOAD, Weezer, Social Distortion, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Led Zeppelin, Linkin Park, Green Day, Rage Against the Machine, and Nirvana are a few artists that work well for me.

That song is so cheesy. There are better SP songs for running, and run is not one of them.

Oh, I forgot my favorite work out album of all time: Guns N' Roses - Appetite for Destruction. I also like to listen to Incubus, The Killers, AFI, and Stone Temple Pilots, Dave Matthews Band, Jimmy Eat World, Tool, and Van Halen.

It's funny, almost all of my work out albums are by North American artists.

guns and roses?

Yeah, Guns N' Roses

What's you point? Are you saying they are not a good band?

Oasis' Cigarettes and alcohol is pretty energetic

yes i was, but it's all subjective deary

i don't believe i could ever be too close with a person who genuinely thought they were a very good band. it would be worth ending a relationship over.

Ok, I just wanted you to be clear. I still make the recommendation, though. Good thing we don't have a relationship.

oh yes, i respect your decision to submit it as a recommendation.

i was just checking it wasn't a joke, that's all.

Nope, no joke.

which kind of makes it funnier

anyway, pounding by the doves is a decent one for running to.

Some might say of Oasis is awesome too !
