I though Christian Bale did a great job as the new Batman, even if he hit his mother.

Really? That guy kind of creeped me out.

Long distance relationships suck. You talk to the guy over the phone every night, but it's not like you get to see them.

It's a great book but it's a bit too graphic in bits:embarrassed:

they can work. live for the meetups, and eventually you can work something permanent out. it requires a little upheaval but if it's the right person it's obviously worth it.

the only person i ever loved i met on a messageboard (and i've had about a dozen girlfriends i didn't meet that way and she was the only person i've ever met from the internet) and if it means that much you can make it happen, providing you are of a certain age which grants you enough control and finance.

I CAN WHISTLE IN BUT I CAN'T WHISTLE OUT.

Anyways, messageboards actually seem like good places to find people, just look at how many coldplayers have gotten together! :surprised:

I guess it's the way you get to know people.

I'm not sure if doing it based strictly on music taste would be of any use.

I think that's part of the reason I really liked it, actually. I don't normally read books like that, and to be exposed to writing like that was, in a twisted way, intriguing. I remember feeling both repulsed and fascinated when I first read it.
