08:30 Ian was already in the queue at this point, and had been there for about an hour, Some of the girls were with him. I was at home with a cup of tea monitoring Twitter.

9:30 I wake up and curse whoever it was that recommended the Travelodge as a cheap (!!) and convenient place to stay for the gig, after a night of little sleep due to the all-night party in the bar a few meters away, and the projectile vomiting down my window from the room above.

 

9:45 I 'enjoy' the Travelodge breakfast of two Weetabix and some cold toast, coffee and watered down orange juice.

 

I'm sure D:Ream were from Manchester, I muse, as things can only get better...

Just stopped by to say hi to everyone I met at LCCC just one year ago.

 

It was an awesome experience! I had never seen any bands in the front row before and had never queued for a gig half a day before it. I really enjoyed all of it.

Can't believe this concert was a year ago!! Had the most fantastic experience (would have been better if I'd taken my camera cos we were right down the front!) but still, totally AMAZING!!!!!!!!!
