 exactly, and its really expensive as well!

i wonder how many people bought it! the promo is really funny, two like overweight guys trying to look mega tough

The dart's Showdown between the best two players on the planet ended in disappointment when Andy Fordham was unable to continue due to heat exhaustion and dehydration.

PDC world champion Phil Taylor was leading BDO champion Fordham 5-2 in the best -of-13-set match with a £100,000 purse, but the 27-stone Fordham was clearly struggling in temperatures in excess of 100c.

He had to leave the Circus Tavern arena at that stage and the contest was awarded to Taylor.

Both men had been averaging well over 90 for three darts in an enthralling contest.

Taylor was clearly shocked by developments. "What can I say?" he told Sky Box Office. "I'm devastated for myself, for Andy and for all the people who have paid good money.

"Andy told me in that last set that he couldn't get his breath. I've won by a technical knock-out, I suppose.

"It was a great atmosphere out there and Andy was playing superbly, so I am very disappointed. I don't know what happens now - maybe we can have a rematch."

Promoter Barry Hearn told Sky Box Office: "Andy is obviously suffering from severe dehydration. He wants to go on, but at this stage Andy has got to be protected from himself. He has got the heart of a lion and he has all these fans here, but it would not be safe for him to go out there again.

"It is not safe - it would be a huge risk for his own personal safety and I won't allow that. So Phil Taylor will be declared the winner."

Earlier in the evening, five-times world champion Eric Bristow gave the crowd a glimpse of his former greatness as he crushed double world champion John Lowe 6-1 in legs.

Holland's Roland Scholten won the other warm-up match, beating Wayne Mardle 6-5. When he won the 11th leg it was the first time 'The Tripod' had been ahead in the match.

Darts ain't what it used to be....................................bring back Jocky "Pig" (S)Wilson!!

who lol?

Sid Wardell quote (circa 1982): "Jocky Wilson, standing there like a boat in the harbour......................."

 before my time

I wasnt born

nope, but I was born in 1984

I thought you said you WEREN'T born!!

ha ha friggin ha

Jocky Wilson, Eric Bristow, Jon Lowe..don't make em like they used to

Aye snooker in the 80's was great, then that spotty scot turned up and won everything...and made it dull...if it wasnt for Jimmy trying to win just one the 90's would've been utter shite...thank god Ronnie's turned up, tho he's gone a bit sensible too :(

Same with motor racing too..Formula One reached it peak in 1991 in my opinion..Had Senna and Berger in McLaren, Mansell and Patrese in Williams, Prost and Capelli in Ferrari and Piquet and a young Schumacher in the Benetton...4 world champions and 2 future champions in 4 teams...dunno if we'll ever see that again.

Very true - I lost interest in Formula One a long, long time ago!!
