I don't understand how people can't like music

me either i honest to god cant comprehend that

It said that I was an indie follower

You're indie in that you like indie music. However, you're probably only into whatever your best friend is into right now. You most likely do discover some cool music on your own, but you always seek someone else's approval before it's okay for you to like it. You can appear cool, as long as no one discovers your dark secret.

I am into indie music but I don't really like what my friends listen to.

:D

I'm scenester!

You are so indie it hurts. You hang out with the coolest people in your city. It doesn't even bother you that none of them know your name. You know lots of bands personally, you know a couple of guys from We Hate The Mainstream Records, and you blag your way into getting almost everything for free. That fanzine you write gives you extra kudos. You probably don't even care that non-scenesters think you're a pretentious fuck

LOL i got the same as Jessy

OMG we're suited :)

I get most of my new music from MTV2

The Libertines

The Rapture

Kings of Leon

The darkness

The thrills

etc

That would probably be sorta right coz I only started getting into indie music bout 2 years ago. Although I dont check with others to see if I should like it, I just listen. And I dont have any dark secrets ... no honest! really I dont!!! :D

"For you, indie music died after "Loveless" came out. None of the bands around today are worthy of your time. Not that you've heard any of them. It's all been done before. Fuck off back to your REM albums, you annoying little twat"

How indie are you?</a> test by ridethefader

You're just too cool for school, aren't you? You're pretty narrow minded

and opinionated with regards to music (and probably most other things

as well). But you're allowed to be, because you really are better

than everyone else. You take pride in obscurity.

You probably prefer vinyl too, you elitist bitch.

Ummm..... hmmm...

"You're pretty knowledgeable about music in general. You like indie music, sure, but that's only part of it.

You'll listen to any old shit as long as it sounds good to you. You're not snobby about music at all, you just like what you like. How boring. Curiously, this makes you popular with the opposite sex."

lol, not too bad! :sneaky:

there's this one dude from my hall at uni who NEVER listens to ANY music AT ALL! He seriously has no idea about ANY bands/musicians :stunned: I find that immensely strange.

Hmmm...seeing as my friends refuse to listen to the music I do, this doesn't really make sense, does it?
