there is always someone who is going to make money during a war, there have been people who have profited in every single war since the biginning, that doesn't mean that those people started the war. If your company makes weapons, or army uniforms, or supplies the army with food, you will make money no matter what. That doesn't mean all the companies got together and created this massive event just to make a profit.
