Good evening. The legendary British music TV show Top of the Pops is returning to BBC One this Christmas, with a special one-off show for the festive season. And we're pleased to report that Coldplay will be giving a unique, one-off performance of Christmas Lights.

 

What's more, we have tickets to the show to give away to Coldplay.com readers, via the BBC's website.

 

Go to http://www.bbc.co.uk/showsandtours/shows/shows/coldplay_totp if you'd like to apply for tickets for the recording, which will take place at BBC Television Centre in London on the afternoon of December 8th.

 

NB: These tickets will be given out by the BBC on a first-come, first-served basis. So you'd best be quick...

It's an hour long. Are they just playing the one song???

I've just had an e-mail to say that I have two tickets! Wooooo! Hope it isnt just the one song......!

i have got some tickets too, does anybody know if it is more than one song? because its such a journey to see one song

My guess is that Coldplay will be doing 1 song, plus other bands doing 1 song each.

I know it's been like a year since I've come to Coldplaying but...I felt like I should announce that I got a ticket!!!:awesome:

 

ETA: It says first come first serve for seats--anyone know what time they're getting there?
