December 11, 201015 yr Any other four-eyed people out there? :wacky: I'm near-sighted in one eye and have astigmatism. YAY
December 11, 201015 yr I'm near-sighted in one eye as well :( quick question do you like glasses or contacts?! (yes! :wacky:)
December 11, 201015 yr I love my glasses. They make me look nerdy and awesome :charming: I am so blind without them though. God help the drivers on the road if I forget them one day.
December 11, 201015 yr Author I'm near-sighted in one eye as well :( quick question do you prefer glasses to contacts?! (yes! :wacky:) Glasses, but only because my right contact lens likes to slide around and make everything go out of focus and it's a pain.
December 11, 201015 yr Yep. Wear glasses right here. Quite short sighted. I don't have a problem with wearing glasses but I would like to try contacts sometime in the future.
December 11, 201015 yr My friends with contacts do it on purpose around me. I have like a spaz attack and run away :freak:
December 11, 201015 yr I have almost perfect eyesight. I'm the only one in the family without glasses :uhoh:
December 11, 201015 yr Perfect vision. Kind of weird though, considering most of my family/friends wear contacts and/or glasses.
December 11, 201015 yr I'm short-sighted. I like wearing glasses; I also have contacts but I rarely use them.
December 11, 201015 yr 20/20 vision...boo ya! Get out :P I've only recently started having eye troubles, before that my eyesight was pretty much perfect. I've got minor short-sightedness in one eye, plus they're always dry despite the fact that I always put eyedrops in. I'll probably have to get glasses one day. But that's not really surprising seeing as all other females in my family have glasses :disappointed:
December 11, 201015 yr I'm shortsighted, but not that bad. I still wear my glasses all the time. I had contct lenses for a couple of years. At first I was afraid of putting them in and out as well but after some time you get used to it and it works well. :) I had the kind of lenses that last for 2 years, they were quite expensive... then I ate one accidentally. (It fell in my muesli and I didn't realise until afterwards) Since then I'm back to wearing glasses and only wear 1- day- lenses for special events (like concerts :awesome:).
December 11, 201015 yr My left eye is short sighted, my right eye is fine. I should wear glasses for long distance reading but I never ever do. If I get a lot of money some day I may consider surgery, after say a decade has passed and I can see if anything bad has happened to other people who have had it.
