Darlene_Ihnfsa
ok, since seems there's no proper thread for those genres, here it goes. (thought country is covered by some alt-country artists) if it i'll be better i can make a proper thread for the 3 genres separatedly. so, any fan, artist you like of those genres? i'd find it  if there will be none since in my view are the 3 main genres that originated modern music as we know it -at least for 3/4 of XX century- as it influenced many of the greatest bands/artists that ever have been around. i noticied there's a revival of those genres in a way with fusion genres or subgenres of those, so i guess there should be any fan here, rite? show up and share your knowlegde and likes about it! :)
The Final Track
I've grown up with jazz so I love that. Not much for blues, hate country. One of my favorites.... burningmonk
I've always loved Jazz, the classics like Miles Davis, John Coltrane, Duke Ellington. Top top stuff. One of my favourites: [ame= ] [/ame] I also enjoy blues, but don't know too much about it. I like the Black Keys, but would like to get into the older stuff more, I really enjoyed John Lee Hooker and Howlin' Wolf.
Boreas
I like contemporary pseudo-jazz/blues like Norah Jones, Amy Winehouse and Duffy. There's also this Italian band called Musica Nuda, they're AMAZING!!! I also like country since I grew up with it. My dad used to play Brenda Lee all the time, but I'm more drawn to Dolly Parton. You should check Robert Plant and Alison Krauss' album Raising Sands, it's damn good.
