Where shall I put my right arm?

Featured Replies

Ok I've been like half asleep for the last hour because I randomly woke up. I've been trying to fall asleep again but it doesn't work since my right arm is kinda annoying. Usually I sleep on my right side and it is ok for my arm. Not tonight. It feels dizzy or is aching or whatever. Where shall I put it? I wish I could put it on somebody...

Ok I should try to sleep again. If it doesn't work i'll be back.

Suggestions will be useful for upcoming nights.

Ah I like that suggestion. I didn't do that. I can't even remember what I did. I just fell asleep again. Nice.

If you sleep on your left side you can bring your right arm back and like put it behind your back. That sounds so weird but it is comfortable :wacky:

I think I tried sleeping on my back and then turned on the side again and fell asleep again.

hey guys have u ever slept, lying on your hand when you do not realize that you press your hand very much and wake up not feeling your fingers?

haha yeah I've done that, it feels so weird. A few times I have woken up not being able to move or feel either of my arms cause I've slept in some weird position and they've gone numb. When you roll onto your back your arms feel like huge dead fish or something.

Julia you have the same problem that I had when my back was still really messed up!!

There's not really a perfect solution for it I think... :uhoh:

You need to find a way of lying that doesn't squeeze the nerves. :\

For me that was lying on the back and putting a second pillow on one side of my head so I had something to lean it on to... Or lying on the other side and putting a pillow between the upper side of my body and the arm so the shoulder isn't "hanging". Don't know how to describe it.

Get better soon!!

Since I'm going to the special back training twice a week it got so much better.

Yes, with my entire arm. I assure you, waking up was scary.

that happened to me so often.....esp. when I was younger. I remember waking up in the morning not being able to move my fingers anymore and they were all stiff....it was so weird....
