January 16, 200323 yr lol i dunno who that is but it kinda reminded me of wolverine from the x-men yes i know hes blue but he just looks a bit like this oneits really big in louisiana....its like a really big party that last a long time. people dress up and wear mask like that. they have a big parade and throw bead necklaces. there's one here in galveston near where i live....it's not as big though.
