I mean, it's a know fact that big fan forums and online sources are often searched by paps, journalist (or people writing for dodgy papers considering themselves to be journalists) aso. for gossip and such.

 

So that's why I think some people should urgently re-consider about what and how they spread stuff they are writing sometimes, but that's just my opinion, of course ....

i think is a public forum, and is not the first media person who is here.... i think i saw some radio dj posting here some time ago, i can be wrong though.

plus some other media refered the board polls about the welcome of the lp4 from the fans i think.

I'm betting someone smaller (like Digital Spy) picked it up here and NME saw it like so. That's usually how these things work, and I doubt NME would use time browsing here, other than the headlines.
