Fair enough, fair enough, there are other songs they have, but you kind of have to be familiar with swing/jazz and hip hop to get it. It's not everyone's thing though, so . . . yeah.

That reminds me of my Jewish friend (Emma)'s cousin Maura. She doesn't like Coldplay because she thinks Chris's voice is annoying.

Okay? I like the MOVITS! because . . . well, it's different. And I admit, it is annoying to not understand and hip hop isn't my favorite thing in the world, but I like the band anyway. Why hate something entirely when you can just as easily get over it and enjoy it, right?

Needless to say, I was annoyed at Maura for that. She basically dislikes all the bands that I do (which isn't very many) besides the Beatles.

 

Exactly! I was trying to get her to listen to some earlier songs, but she didn't like them either.

 

...and I really don't like Ska. No matter what language it's in. But that was good.
