Muse? Coldplay and Muse are very different. Coldplay in the early days had depression issues which slowly and gradually turned into cheeriness (ETIAW) and Muse have psychotic obsessions of world domination and revolutions. Either way both can be summarised in a Family Guy way. Coldplay = Meg. Muse = Stewie.

Not sure if you guys have heard of this band, they're called Thirteen Senses. They're a bit similar to Coldplay & definitely worth a listen

They're my favourite band at the minute, their 3rd album "Crystal Sounds" has a grandiose style to it, a bit like Viva La Vida. Anyway, hope you enjoy them, let me know what you think too!
