Paradise is now #7 (still climbing). If it gets some decent airplay on radios, it will hit #1. Yesterday, while driving, I heard ALL the songs in the top 10 at least twice :angry: and no Paradise :cry:

Coldplay are BACK!

 

And even badder then before.

It's number 6 here in the UK. It's not bad considering that for the last 5 years or so the only type of music that has a chance of getting into the charts is generic RnB. Occasionally an artist like Adele will come in and change things up a bit but other than that it's been incredibly dull and predictable for a long time.

Both Paradise and the album quickly climbed the charts, both in my local and american iTunes store I can see. So so happy for them! I hope it continues like this and that Mylo will be well-received!

Although im getting really annoyed about it stalling at #11 on UK itunes, hopefully it rises further than that over time but the UK has such awful music taste, even in America where a lot of this generic club music has come from and where most of the music ends up in the UK, Coldplay are top 5 on Itunes aswell as Foster the People there still I think (which got to #18 in the UK charts and now is hanging about in the 50's or 60's)

 

The album will smash in the UK though, record first week sales i'll still predict because most of the promotion is yet to come!

 

Edit #5 in UK album charts but its behind 4 new albums which are selling pretty well (Ed Sheeran x2, Laura Marling and The Kooks)

Give it a week...it should climb higher in the charts. I cheer for both the single and album to rise! :)
