When I try to enter by email : [email protected]

 

It doesn't work. It says ''delivery failure''. The adress is not working. Am I the only one who has this problem?

Never used Shazam before, i just downloaded it a minute ago so i could enter this competition. So how do you activate the Shazam Friends thing?

It's written ''Friends'' on the bottom. When you click on it (or touch it, if you're on an iPod) it's going to ask you to connect to Facebook. Do it, and then, you can tag your Coldplay song. After that... I just don't know what to do. But be careful, don't tag a song and enter by email both in the same day, it's going to cancel your participation. It's one or another each day.

 

If you haven't done it by Shazam, can you try to enter by email and tell me if it's telling you the same thing as it did for me?

I keep trying to tag but it keeps saying my connnection is bad. :confused:

Clearly, I didn't win.

 

But I sent them a note to their Contact Us helpdesk and they never responded but I did get an auto reply. I forgot to resend each day, but I did manage to get a few others working so they did fix it in the end. Oh well.
