It's like a mouse. Mine was broken forever but I was too lazy to get a new one and now it just fell off and I lost it so now I am having massive difficulties. :|

As they are old technology, (sadly) replaced by touchpads you might be lucky to pick a 2nd hand one up from a "for spares" laptop on ebay

Your best bet is probably going to a laptop store and normally they have spare parts or like the poster said above, eBay. I'm pretty sure it's really old technology so i'd imagine it would cost a bit if you wanted to get someone to repair it.

 

You could just use a mouse.....
