pretty much I'd say youre safe by just looking outside for something beautiful, if you'd describe your music as beautiful or ...musical, or something plain, for the same reason because it makes the plain seem beautiful.

 

and i dont think any band has the name Rivers, dont think of Weezer, think like Rivers, because they're cool. But if you use it I get royalties because I like the name so much I copyright the use of the word.
