Had an email from Ticket Factory this morning, which says

 

Regrettably your imminent delivery of tickets from The Ticket Factory has an error and the tickets need to be reissued. Please refuse the delivery from the courier, who will return the item and your correct tickets will be despatched very shortly.

 

For any queries please contact The Ticket Factory on 0844 581 6900. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

 

A bit odd. My guess is that they've mixed up what they've sent me, and I can ring them when I get to lunchtime to find out. But has anyone else had one of these?

Sorry if we confused you there. We noticed an error last night with a small batch of tickets for the Emirates gig on 1 June, but unfortunately they had already been sent out to our couriers. All the affected customers have been contacted, which is why you received this alert from us. We just need to make sure that these tickets make their way back to our office asap so we can resend correctly.

 

Again apologies for the confusion, if you haven’t already given us a call please do so as soon as you’re free, on 0844 581 6900.

I've just rung the number - your advisor was very helpful. I've acknowledged that the tickets are refused (we're both at work so no-one in to sign for them!) so hopefully it'll all carry on from there.

 

How on Earth did they find this?!^

I'd guess someone found a pile of tickets that should have already been sent out :p
