Yay Eddie for creating this!!!!!!

I remember seeing a bit of his set on the Coachella live stream and thinking it was pretty good for hip hop/ r&b and i thought about checking it out, that and bc a good friend of mine liked his music. Anyway I never got back to it til a couple of weeks ago I randomly remembered I needed to so I spotifyed what they had and then a couple days later he came out and then the album dropped and goooddd

I love, love, love his voice and yes, his stuff is more dif than any of the things OF do, he's much more respectable and wonderful and I just love him a lot?!?!??!?!?

Odd Future are idiots with no talent (that's usually just a LOL I HATE THEM NO TALENT LOL but I genuinely think they have very little talent...their music is dumb....hate hate hteahteahtehsatgjodsakgmldfsf)

anyway this thread hurt me a little

http://www.coldplaying.com/forum/showthread.php?t=76866

also, i really love what he did with this, people on this website are stupid :(

ALSO #2, Thinkin Bout You is p/m the most amazing jam.

Yeah. I remember my brother playing me stuff from his first mixtape (before he was called Frank Ocean) aaaages ago but I didn't think anything of it. The Coachella webcast reminded me of how good he was so I started listening to Nostalgia, Ultra heaps. And then he "came out" and I listened to Thinking Bout You 10000000000000 times and now we're here!!

both Thinkin Bout You and Pyramids are probably in my top 10 songs of the year so far...

Mkay, so I saw this thread, and I figured I'd take a listen to "Channel Orange" and see what I thought of it. While I'm not enamored with it, I like it a lot more than I expected to, given this type of music isn't necessarily my thing. "Sweet Life" and "Bad Religion" are particular favorites ATM. I'll probably take another listen later today.

good album yo

thinkin bout you pyramids and bad religion are all great; still need to hear the others more

also i dont think ofwgkta are a bunch of talentless hacks; i believe they really have alot of potential especially earl and tyler who already have a bunch of great songs but i do think they need to mature a bit. right now i think they're still trying to be controversial for the sake of shocking but it cant last forever

Frank Ocean is "10, 11 Songs" into Channel Orange Follow-up

Despite threatening to end his album-making career after channel ORANGE (perhaps to focus on novels), Frank Ocean is indeed working on a third full length effort. “I’m 10, 11 songs into this next thing,” Ocean told Zane Lowe today. “It’s another cohesive thing, bordering on a concept record again.”

While details are scare, the preternaturally talented 25-year-old is planning to work on the upcoming LP in Bora Bora and is looking to continue the “beach theme” of hidden track ‘Golden Girl’. Ocean is also planning to meet with Danger Mouse and would love to work with big-voiced Brit King Krule.

Watch Frank Ocean Perform New Tracks in Concert

Back in February, the singer revealed that he was “10,11 songs” into the follow up to last year’s wildly successful channelORANGE, with Danger Mouse and Pharrell both named as collaborators. During a concert in Munich last night, Frank Ocean took a break from channelORANGE and nostalgia, ULTRA material to air three new cuts, presumably taken from said sessions.

http://oystermag.com/oyster-103-cover-shoot-frank-shot-by-nabil Damn. :wideeyed:

I don't like any of the new songs. But I do love how obsessed he is with Prince. :D It'd be great if his new album has some Prince or OutKast influences if he's going for something more upbeat. And what ever happened with that Bora Bora trip... Idk he's either gonna become a legend or never repeat the greatness and impact that Channel Orange had.
