I haven't got a clue if this is in the right section or even if it's possible at all, but I was wondering if there was a backing track for Life in Technicolor floating around which is similar to the one Coldplay used live on the Viva tour. The track is just the dulcimer and sample from Light Through The Veins by Jon Hopkins.

Does anyone have any idea where I could find a similar backing track?

Yeah, I'll check it out. That'd be awesome. I did find a multitrack in the Multimedia section so that might be what I'm looking for.

Its still very messy as I haven't had good enough time to come back and work on it again.

If you want a backing track for bass guitar, guitar or drums let me know so i can manually take it out and make a new MP3 file.
