No, but if the app takes more time to be released, I guess they should facilitate ways for mobile users to catch up with others.

you have to create a fifa account (totally free don't worry),use the link on 1st post, sign in and you get packs for free each day (3 i think) but i'll put up codes for free packs also on the thread.

ps. maximum amount of pack openings a day is 5
