maybe it's different where you're from, but "nigger" sure sounds offensive if anybody here uses it. :stunned:

 

with a word like "yankee" it depends on the context in which it's used, i guess. the word itself doesn't offend me, but the way some people use it does. so i guess that fits your definition perfectly.
