Thom you should come over here because every weekend they have The Super Simpsons weekend where they play like 10 episodes a day. Then you have free to air tv where they have it on like 3 times a day. I love the Simpsons but I've seen them all too many times.

And yea, i know what you mean. Fox keeps airing the same episodes all the time... Which is kinda stupid, cos the simpsons have like, 15 seasons, but they only air episodes from seasons 7 and 8... gah, i wanna watch the old episodes from seasons 1-5 again, or maybe some recent stuff from seasons 10-13... :/

Newer Simpsons episodes are awful. It's gone downhill since Matt Groening stopped writing for it and left to make Futurama. It's really not funny anymore. I can honestly sit through one of these episodes with a completely straight face.

 

But the ones written before Groening left are solid gold. Every single one is a classic.

i love the simpsons! :D i don't remember when i first started watching them :P don't really have a favourite episode, there are tons of great ones.

And yayy Thom there are way more Simpsons fans here than on that other board that I will not name...lol

Oh, they aired one of my fav episodes today. The Malibu Stacey one, where Lisa meets the real Stacey and they wanna make a new doll, Lisa Lionheart. It's so funny, specially that part where lisa visits Smithers, and he has all the malibu stacey dolls, and when he turns on his pc, there's a screensaver of mr burns naked saying purrv stuff. haha

ooohh this is a wonderful thread thom, ummm i don't have a favourite episode but i love the one where nelson goes "HAA - HAA" to the huge tall guy driving that tiny car and the tall guy pulls down Nelson's pants and tells him to march hahah ohh man, so good! Oh, and this other episode where Smithers is having this fantasy of Mr. Burns coming through his window, its so funny!

My favourite episode is where Homer joins Lollapalooza.

Ah, that's sad but true, man! :/ They're airing season 14 here now, and the episodes are kinda weird... :confused: well, actually some episodes are ok... Ah, it is way better than season 13 for sure!
