If you click on your own name to bring up your own profile then you'll see an upload quota.

 

Click on 'User Attatchment Control Panel' and it'll give you a list of all your posted attatchments.

 

One of the columns on the list says 'Delete'...click the delete box for the picture you want to delete and then click 'Delete Marked' at the bottom.
