  • Yes (I can't believe someone figured this out after 1.5 years) Your turn

OMG, I think I finally found it.

Ghost Story (A Whisper in a puff of smoke, spectre - film and Radiohead song)

Nicely done!

Radiohead wrote the song for the movie, but ultimately wasn't in the movie.

And A Whisper was played during the GS era.

That was a very clever riddle of yours ! Haha, the level of riddle difficulty is blowing up in this thread too, it seems :D

I'll be back very soon with a new one

Well we all know too much haha, gotta make it difficult.

1. This song contains in its lyrics something that actually happened to the band during the very same era.

2. Some of its lyrics were later reused somewhere else.

3. It has something to do with Brazil.

Don quixote.........? [emoji53]

This is the same song as Spanish Rain...

Hint: The Brazil connection has nothing to do with live performances.

I thought the oleeeee ole ole ole oleeeeee was the connection with brazil

Someone special or A L I E N S?

In presume you mean Lost+ - that is correct !

Lost+ has the Jay-Z lyrics "...sue you, you settle" which is, ironically, exactly what happened to the band in the Viva Era with Joe Satriani's plagiarism suit against Viva La Vida.

The entire Jay-Z lyrics were later reused in a song of his own called Most Kingz, which also features Chris Martin on vocals.

The Lost single cover depicts a part of a map of Brazil.

That was a good one!

Also, I just realized that Jay Z shouted out Chris in the song. I didn't realize that. "See Martin See Malcolm". I love his lyrics on that song.

Alright now I have to come up with a good one.

Thanks ! :)

I have to say in that context (black civil rights, Malcolm X etc.) he in all probability meant Martin Luther King though

Hahaha you are probably right actually. Is Michael referring to Michael Jackson? Or Jordan maybe?

Here's one

-The song contains a word that is not a real word

-The song was reworked by the band

-It is likely that the song was started in a different era before its release

It is unconfirmed whether this song was started several years before the era.

But based off something that happened in an interview, there is reason to believe it was.
