I just read about the gigs yesterday and well, what can I say... I'm a bit disappointed because I was hoping for some gigs during the Christmas holidays... Now, I won't have holidays at that time and the most convenient gigs (London & Dublin) won't be at the weekend... Argh, I so wished there'd be a Dublin-gig in for me... :\

Yes, the dates are not good for working people...

I talked to my friend who I went with to the gig in Luxembourg and she's in!!

 

We're going to London!!

I wanted to go on the 24th but she can't take 3 days off work, so we are going on the 23rd now.

 

Weird thing is that I didn't get a confirmation number when I booked and although they said it might take 4 hours for the confirmation email to arrive I'm a bit worried now if everything worked. :(

This sounds amazing! Anna, you NEED to make tons of photos and videos for us (me :D)!

 

And if this is not going to be a DVD ... They NEED to put out a DVD filmed at these gigs! I'd love to have a good footage from older songs! I would be finde with a live album though. :P

From Sept 9th onwards there will be the opportunity to download a live version of TLS (all 3 parts) for everybody who bought a ticket for a concert... that's a start!

I actually looked for flights to London and there'd be some VERY cheap ones, but I really doubt I could make it because of school... Plus I guess there probably won't be anyone here who'd be able to afford it and come along with me... :( Argh, it's really stupid because these gigs sound so promising! I'd so love to hear the older stuff. I've just recently fallen in love with "One night is not enough" and "An olive grove facing the sea"...

Besides: I'm still waiting for the day I'll finally hear the entire "The Lightning Strike"... :rolleyes: (I doubt that they'll play it at those gigs, though)

Yes, I know... I mean, skipping one day is not the problem, but two days... :uhoh: And yep, I'll have my A-levels next year... I think the end of November/beginning of December is a rather inconvenient time anyway because that's when we usually write loads of exams as well... :dozey:

Ah, I'm not too sad about not being able to attend a single concert of them this winter. There'll be there photos and Annas review (:wacky: Can't wait!) and looking at Iliones signature, she'll FOR SURE be there as well. :lol:

It was crazy yesterday morning on the SP forum because for some concerts the presale didn't start etc... did you see that?

 

Now that my boss's prediction that Coldplay will split up in the time between Nov 08 when I bought the tickets and Sep 09 isn't going to be true he has another one to tease me now...

This time the wait isn't so long until his "lost bet" however :lol: :dance:
