I was just looking at the Overview for the upcoming shows in 2024 - 

i noticed there are two "entrances" to the tickets... one says "Enhanced Experiences"  anyone any idea what this is?

Do you think the band will somehow participate anyway?

It looks like every concert now and then a few lucky people have access and meet them and take a pic together.
I would almost be shocked if you bought a ticket for 1000 eur and not even meet Phil!

No.

The meet and greets that people have been getting are not dependent on ticket type and cannot be bought with money.

it explicitly says there's no band participation for any of these packages so don't get your hopes up.
