It's not that bad, I had braces for almost 3 years!!! And I survived!!! And your teeth will look gorgeous afterwards and it will be worth it :)

i had braces when i was 14....and one thing i recommend u dont do, is eat chewing gum :shock:

they tell u not to eat it..u know u shouldnt...

but i ate it anyway and it got caught around my brace :o
