If Coldplay had said that they didnt want anyone to know about it yet then Ian McCulloch should have kept his mouth shut. And it even says that a spokeperson for Coldplay said there is no specific plan...so I think it was wrong for him to say anything.

how could ian do that? :angry: he was a friend of coldplay so he really should have kept that mouth of his shut.

I was just going to post that. I don't believe it though! According to The Star (the lowest quality paper in Britain!) a "source close to the band" said he was upset. :rolleyes:

 

Wasn't it also a "source close to the band" who said Chris demanded his own space backstage that only GP could enter?!!

 

He might have been pissed that it was leaked by Ian, but I really don't think he would blast his friend and say the band could no longer support them. :stunned:

 

But then again, maybe I just have too high an opinion of Chris to believe any of the bad stories about him. :/

It's not really the end of the world to say that Coldplay MAY BE planning a tour SOMETIME in 2005 though....it's not exactly specific, so if it is true Coldplay (or should I say Chris) may be overreacting a tad!
