Anybody like any of the movies from the Hannibal Lector series? (Red Dragon, Silence of the Lambs, Hannibal, etc)

Silence of the Lambs was an amazing movie, the other ones were so-so, in my opinion.

Which one was the one where the guy eats the brains??

Yeah, that was just plain stupid. To be honest, I hated Hannibal. And especially that part, because it was way too unrealistic.

Yeah, Hannibal was probably the worst of the three, even though Red Dragon is basically Silence of the Lambs with different characters.

 

Actually, wasn't Red Dragon written first? I know it was actually made into a movie before any of the other books, but nobody really saw that.

I don't know about written or made first, all I know it was like, based first. The first actual movie in the series, even though made only a few years ago. Is that a prequel? (sp?)

I never saw Silence of the Lambs. But I read the book and it freaked me out. :cool:

 

I saw Hannibal and Red Dragon and they were okay. Can't really say if they were better than S of the L ..

I thought Red Dragon was pretty damned good, but I don't know if better then Silence of the Lambs.

Yeah, it was called "Manhunter" I think. I've never actually seen it though.

 

I've only actually seen one of the three - 'Red Dragon'. I thought it was pretty average to be honest.

Silence of the Lambs rocked, Hannibal was ok, I haven't seen Red Dragon.
