Alright... Awhile back, I wasn't able to get online and it kept saying invalid password or username. Apparently, if you go over three hundred hours of usage on your account in a month, your account is suspended for a small time. (it's not doing that now, but I'm just bringing this up)

 

Yet.. When we started this they said it was UNLIMITED SERVICE and that's all they told us.

 

How the hell's that unlimited service? And isn't that false advertising?

You probably missed the small print saying "this offer only valid for the first three months" or something like that. :rolleyes:

Everything was done over the phone.

Oh.... then maybe they just mumbled it really fast. :P
