you can prepared your skin with a self tanner!...helena rubbestein is a great crème solaire!... :D ...and also Clarins!... :D

 

 

after that...when you are on the beach...don´t take sun from 11 am to 4 pm...cause that sun isn´t healthy!...

 

you must do it so early or after 4....20 min...forward (body)...and 20 min at the back!...and that´s it...during 4 days would be with a perfect tan! :D
