Are your three tickets for GA standing (free spot choice) ? If so, maybe you can offer some money here on the forum for someone with a Collectors's Ticket GA Standing to exchange his pass against your paper ticket.

Hi, I'm afraid if you want a genuine ticket pass like that you would have had to buy a so-called Collector's Ticket. :( If you only want a pass maybe you can find someone who gives or sells you their expired Collector's Ticket from another show, but of course it will have a different concert venue and time written on the back since it is from another show. Don't waste your time on contacting Coldplay about it, this is not the kind of thing they deal with.

Believe it or not, it is possible to do both at the same time. I really love watching the videos later on, like this I haven't just experienced the concert once but I can relive it whenever I want to, and notice many details I haven't even noticed in the whirl of excitement and visual and auditory stimuli during these two hours. But to each his own. :) Sure, I will put it on Youtube and you can do whatever you want with it. Be warned though, the sound is not perfect (lots of crowd noise, occasionally someone near me talking and I accidentally had my finger over the microphone a few times :joy:) and a part of ASFOS is missing because of a battery problem.

The two days in Frankfurt were also an adventure of a lifetime for me. I am currently uploading the full concert of June 30 (19 GB file...), it should be ready tomorrow and I will post it in that thread. And then I will hopefully also get round to write a short review here or in the other thread !

Several factors played into that decision to lay the project to rest. We haven't been making progress for a while now and we decided to focus our energy on Frankfurt because it was a place with two nights (slightly higher chance of them changing up the setlist a bit) and three people of our project were attending, which is something we wouldn't have at any other show. We tried our luck by having a poster at the catwalk barrier on the first night and actually saw Chris's eyes quickly reading it when he was singing at our level during Viva La Vida, as well as Guy looking at it when he was walking back from the C-stage later. I think we have gotten the request across to them on several ways, it's pretty clear now they don't want to do it. I mean, the band almost applied no change to their setlist in 2017 compared to 2016; they don't even play songs that should be very obvious to play, such as Hypnotised for which there is even the app announcment on the screens ! On the C-stage, it has been In My Place+Don't Panic+Green Eyes/UATW for weeks, which almost no exception. That is what I meant with their current mindset: No changes anywhere in the setlist, and staying well clear of any old songs that are not from the standard few. If they don't even play Hypnotised or AICTAIY, or put hits like Violet Hill back in once in a while, how on earth can we convince them to play an old AROBTTH B-side that has never been played live before ? This is not the end of the idea to try and get I Ran Away performed live, it is more like an indefinite hiatus until conditions are better, that is, until there is maybe at some point in the future a tour that is less about confetti, fireworks and big stadiums and more about intimate performances (for example more like the Ghost Stories tour) or the band over time change their mind about not touching their old songs and are more enthusiastic about playing some rarities again. (Don't think for a moment this was an easy decision, it was a very sad moment, there are so many hopesand memories connected to this project...but oh, didn't we have fun ? And at least for me it ended with meeting someone I got to know through that project in real life in Frankfurt - what could be a better way to end this ? :))

I read this too and would like to discuss something about this. As it says in the article itself, almost all of the numbers in this list are not impressive and much more could be done without those celebrities even losing any money in the end (read the whole article). 200K is nothing for for a person of CM's stature, and it is nowhere near to his claim of 10% - in fact, it is closer to 1% of his earnings last year if you go by the supppsed Coldplay earnings published by Forbes recently. Was very disappointed to read this because I thought they were donating more. On the other hand of course I don't know how accurate these numbers are (anonymous donations?)... What do other people here think about this ?

Great ! I didn't initially manage to even touch one again (short people problems LOL) but then suddenly as I was leaving a red one bounced right in front of my feet. I grabbed it and waited a few seconds to see if maybe it belongs to someone, but when no one claimed it or protested I took it. Was tough to carry it through the dense crowd but it survived and the morning after @Nie and I let the air out together :D (well, mostly it was Nie :joy:)

I think I saw you leaving the stadium with a yellow AOAL balloon in your hand, did it survive this odyssey ?
