  1. For some reason, In My Place is stuck in my head all day !! To the point that is really gets a bit annoying... :-/

  3. Yes, me too !!! And both of them always had so well-written and kind-at-heart comments in the sometimes very fierce Oldplay vs. Newplay debate.

  14. Nice to see you back !! I'm fine. Things have changed for me too since we last talked in this thread: In March 2016, I finally got to see Coldplay live for the first time at their (comparatively) intimate gig in NYC, third row and directly at the catwalk !! :D Also, we have the I Ran Away Project now: So how did you find the new album ? Any new adds to your worst Coldplay songs list ? :D
  15. Oh the atmosphere...I wanna be bigger, stronger, drive a faster car...
  16. In 2001, Coldplay go on a world tour to promote their album Parachutes. They make 3-hour long concerts in which they not only play tracks from Parachutes, but also from Safety and Brothers and Sisters as well as some unreleased tracks from their Starfish times. In the middle of each three-hour concert is a 45-mins Pink Floydesque progressive rock piece in which Jonny Buckland performs solo and demonstrates his virtouos use of slide technique. Thanks to growing popularity, the Safety EP is re-released with a pressing of 1.000.000 copies and Bigger Stronger promptly lands on No.1 of the UK charts. The EP is sold out within days of its release and Coldplay donate the entire profit from the Safety EP sales to charity. During a meeting of the UN Security Council debating on 9/11 and the imminent Afghanistan war, Chris Martin storms into the hall with a banner asking for world peace and screaming "Give me love over this !"

  19. Schauder :D Easy To Please
  20. The mystery is solved; I was wrong. It is not a new track but a live recording of one song of Coldplay's set. Source: http://shop.glastonburyfestivals.co.uk/products/oxfam-stand-as-one-glastonbury-live-2016?variant=20949149633
