  1. The song is playing on Radio 1 right now
  2. Has anyone checked Tidal or Apple Music?
  3. Just realized this will be the second album they end with a song starting with the word "Up"
  4. The lyrics might not match those of AROBTTH, but this is some pretty great singing by Chris.
  5. Magic: "Call it magic, call it true" Adventure of a Lifetime: "Turn your magic on"
  6. Yeah, you never know, this song could be the ASFOS to GS (although, I seriously doubt that). But, it could be one of the more poppier songs on the album.
  7. Wow, what's with all the negativity? I get it, this isn't AROBTTH Part 2, but it's a pretty good song. It will sound great live. It may not have that darker emotion, but I believe Chris is pouring his heart into this. He feels great, and this song is a reflection of that
  8. Just listen to the new single on repeat haha...or Charlie Brown

So apparently Noel will appear in AHFOD
  10. Its 3:05 am where I am, and I plan to listen to this song on repeat until 7:00 when I have to leave for school!
  11. I agree, the flower of life would be better. Maybe we'll get a reversible cover like MX
  12. Alright, let's just start off by saying, this song is GREAT!!!! Starting from the beginning, I'm like "Yeah, Jonny is back and rocking!!!" And then the beat drops....wow!!! Will and Guy just come crashing in as a perfect complement to Jonny. Like we already knew, this song is GROOVY. Then Chris starts singning...."Turn your magic on." At first, I was like, "meh, okay the lyrics are just okay" but then, as the song progresses, the lyrics just keep growing on me. I especially like "Everything you want is a dream away" and "I'm a dream that died by light of day" and, I thought I wouldn't like this but I do, "Under this pressure, under this weight, we are diamonds taking shape." I love the Indian-sounding guitar and the distorted bass in some places. Oh and that guitar bit at the end...just excellent. Overall, this is an superb 'feel-good' song, and I think Coldplay has got their instrumental talent back. Every Coldplay song usually takes a few listens for it to grow on me. As I write this, I am on my 6th listen to the song, and I like it more and more each time. One could say all the "oohs," background clapping, and backing vocals make it sound like mainstream pop. But this is not, this is Coldplay at a magnificent, new level, and they've truly mastered it. The boys are back.
  13. Great interview!! Really just sticked to the basics and it was nice!

Whoever correctly guessed this title a while back wins all the internet points!!
  16. That has happened for most every Coldplay song from Pre-Parachutes up through now, so I'll have to listen to it a few more times before writing a review.

Sounds like it could be a title that would fit well in MX....thanks for making all these song threads!!
  18. So what interview do we go listen to now?
  19. I feel like he's sneaking in lyrics from the album
  20. I have a feeling Chris is sharing AHFOD lyrics through these live songs
  21. Gosh, these improvised songs are great
