just listened to them and i know ive only had one listen but not sure if world turned upside down lives up to normal high standard of coldplay b sides. never realy been that big a fan of pour me either but the best thing about this version is chris' screaming right at the end that was cool. probably would have preferred a studio version tho. anyway what does everyone else think?

Thank god! So excited! My friends are so annoying tho cos they all like Coldplay but none of them are registered for presale so they'll never be bothered to get up early enough on Friday to get tickets so i'll have to go on my own AGAIN! Anyone else gonna go to Earls Court??

You know the Martin acoustics that Chris and Jonny used on the A Rush of Blood to the Head tour? Well they don't seem to use them as much anymore except on Don't Panic when Guy plays it but I was wondering if anyone knew the exact model of the Martin Acoustics. I really want to get one but am finding it difficult to find the right one. Thanks!

he actually uses the bottle neck for the 10 and 11 bit cos if u watch the dvd u can see jonny's got it on his index finger and he plays 10 (b) 10 (G) with it vertical then puts it diagonally across 10 (b) 11 (G). Pretty difficult to do at first to get it sounding right but if u do then its sounds so cool.

of course people name their instruments. my guitar's called jonny for obvious reasons. i sometimes call it that outloud but mostly just in my head. can't believe i just said that! but thought id make the point.

pretty much centre on the barrier. nearly died having been pushed against the barrier for 12 hours tho! i absolutely loved it tho. the last glastonbury for two years, coldplay and loads of cool people! great combination!

exactly! i was at the front too and it was utterly imense. when i watched the highlights on tv a few weeks ago it wasnt anything like as good. sound quality was crap. but for those who werent actually there it was an amazing gig and chris' voice sounded fantastic. live music on tv never reproduces the performance as highly. I've seen coldplay 9 times and glastonbury was maybe the best ive seen them. It was fantastic.

hey does anyone have the tab for the chorus of a message which jonny plays live (the actual recording does seem to have it) which was in the instrument room ages ago. i cant find it now and its really good! thanks

i shook chris' hand as he was going into soundcheck at Koko in Camden. We talked for about a minute and he said he liked my tshirt (a coldplay one!). My life is complete.

his teles are way nicer and he just looked wrong using a les paul. just doesnt suit his style of playing. i'm glad someone else agrees!

4 hours?! I waited 20! since mid day on Sunday. Loved it tho and the camping was actually pretty fun. Best gig I've seen them play! Chris was on fine form especially his crazy frog thing in the scientist.
