i havent heard and i think its been too long now. just wasted 4 hours of my day watching my phone. I even walked two miles so i didnt have to go on the underground and risk not having any signal. :cry: shame it has to be a random competition with a question that anyone can look up on google. it should have been that we had to draw coldplay posters or something and the band chose their top 10! then those willing to make a proper effort would have got to go dammit! but hey :rolleyes: :lol:

ok i know this is in another thread but doesnt seem to be getting much attentin there so i thought i'd give it its own individual one. coldplay.com have got their own competition to get tickets for abbey road but in the terms and conditions it says winners will be notified by phone on friday. but in the entry form there is no section for phone number. only email address. then you enter with ur email address and it says winners will be notified by email. what does this mean!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

don't panic is in the acoustic section usually preceded by til kingdom come and followed by ring of fire of green eyes etc if ur very lucky! and yes talk does have the cool synth stuff as do most of the songs. :)

hello everyone! don't know if there is already a thread on this but didnt come up when i searched. dont get mad if there is. anyway just a comment about the news article saying that snow patrol sold out koko (in camden) quicker than coldplay. it's annoyed me ever since i read it. of course snow patrol sold the tickets quicker - they were on sale on the internet! coldplay's were on sale at 8am on the morning of the gig and you had to queue up to get one. it would take a miracle for 600 people to buy tickets in hand in 10 minutes! had coldplay sold their's on the internet (which im gald they didnt cos i queued for 23 hours so ensured my ticket) then theyd sell out in no time. that's my rant over! just thought id point out the inaccuracy of the story. :D :rolleyes: :D :rolleyes:

You can get hold of them in England I think, maybe holland too. Ask at a good guitar shop and they may be able to order it in for you. Was gonna cost me £1100 but i couldn't afford it. :(

they had hundreds of them in hmv in june not rare in the slightest

ok instead of releasing an album track they should release: ladder to the sun solid ground (the water flows over) how you see the world (version 1) some bands do that now if it's so long after the album was released. e.g. razorlight - somewhere else.

obviously id grab any opportunity to see them now they wont tour england for ages but i hate it when they do outdoor huge gigs. i went to both crystal palace gigs and they were really bad cos u get loads of people who dont really care about coldplay and are perfectly content with their smirnoff ice out of a plastic cup. :lol: earls court was 10 times as good.
