unfortunately serious news hello all, well, it seems our run of bad luck healthwise continues. this time pablo has fallen foul of it. paul has wrecked his left arm and shoulder and has been advised by his doctor to take four weeks off. this means we have to pull out of the europe two tour of france we our currently in the middle of. so we will not be playing the four further shows in france and the two shows at the end of the month in germany. paul is gutted and, the trooper that he is, was keen not to cancel anything. however sense must prevail. his injury is serious and if not dealt with now could land him in very dangerous territory in the future. bless him though he feels terrible about it but we'd rather he not lose the use of his arm. he's a great hugger and he can play the bass a bit too (he can play any instrument you give him, talented git:)) so we don't want to see him hurt himself more. apologies to those of you who have tickets to see us in france and germany i hope it's not too last minute for anyone who was travelling from distance to see us. this was all rather sudden and we had to dash over to london to get him seen by a specialist to attempt to be fit to play this evening. alas those efforts failed but we did everything we could to keep the tour going now we must do everything possible to get paul well again. the rest of the guys are well and after paul is back to 100% we'll be back in action. we will be fit and healthy for the uk and ireland tour in nov/dec so panic not if ye be panicking. gary (actually healthy for once) lightbody. aged ahem.... from the SP board. :( Poor Pablo.
