  1. I know two very good friends of mine from the internet. First we just chatted on MSN, but it didn't take that much time till we actually met. She invited me and we had a brilliant time and since then we're really good friends. I don't know about realtionships, don't think this could ever happen to me, but you never know.
  2. Oh well, it might not be that easy for them.
  3. This would have happened again today if Togo had won.
  4. Brazil vs. Spain
  5. I have and I haven't read your post before. And England will win this time... anyway I really hope so.
  6. Germany- Argentina
  7. Italy- Switzerland
  8. England- Ecuador and Switzerland- Ukraine
  9. Exactement!! La France a le plaisir de jouer contre l'Espagne. :nice:
  10. Zuberbühler. Switzerland are the only team which a clean sheet. He's been critisised a lot in the past and I must admit I also feared he might not do well, but he's been brilliant!!
  11. So you're going to Barca with school as well? I was about a year ago, it was alright apart from our teachers showing us churches and other historical buildings every morning at about nine in the morning. One teacher was really annoying though he always thought he had to control us, he also had an argument with some drunk tourists which was quite funny. There was just one thing that really disappointed me, that was that we couldn't go to the match because our bus arrived too late. But we had to visit some incredibly boring town before.:dozey: Anyway great parties and brilliant shopping.
  12. Barcelona is a very beautiful town, I'd love to go there again. Good night Julia!
  13. I thought so... but you could as well have supported your country, that's why I asked.;)
  14. So you'd support Holland then? Well, let's talk about that after the second round...
  15. true... so Portugal probably will have to play Holland and we might have a quarter final England- Portugal again.
  16. Switzerland v Ukraine; Spain v South Korea
  17. I guess Argentina are gonna win. If it was a draw Argentina would win the group as well, right?
  18. Brilliant pics and review Lars, I wish I could have been there! And Reilly looking good as always!
  19. Owen could miss rest of World Cup Michael Owen's World Cup is in doubt after the striker was stretchered off in the first minute of England's match against Sweden in Cologne. The Newcastle forward twisted his right knee as he played a pass to Ashley Cole near the right touchline and was replaced by Liverpool's Peter Crouch. Ice was put on the knee and it was reported that a brace was also applied. Owen will have a scan on the injured knee in Cologne on Wednesday according to the Football Association. England skipper David Beckham said he believed Owen's injury was serious. He said: "I think it's a bad one. We are going to have to wait to see what the doctors say tomorrow. "It's sad - Michael's one of those players you need in big tournaments. It's unfortunate for him and for us." He was substituted in England's opening two World Cup games, having looked less than fully fit. Owen only returned to action a month ago after breaking his foot on 31 December playing for Newcastle.

I don't think I'm like that... Of course I need to spend some time on my own like everyone does, but I don't wanna live alone. I'd just find it horrible if I came home and there was nobody around. I really need people to talk to and just to be around. If I'm going to the cinema or to a restaurant I always invite somebody to come with me. Of course I could go on my own, but I'd just feel unconfortable plus I easily get bored. The cinema's a bit different of course but it's more important for me to spend my time with somebody I actually like than watching the film. I sometimes like to spend some time on my own, especially when I'm at home. I feel the same about listening to music, you can hardly ever really listen to it if there are lots of people around. It's just there but nobody listening... Sometimes it's better to study on your own. My main problem is that I don't even start to learn, there's so many things I's prefer to do. If I try to study with a friend I usually just end up talking with him/ her, so it takes a lot more time.
  22. me too, but I'm happy they won. besides Togo were a bit disappointing, I hope they'll do better against France.
  23. :laugh3: J'aurai un examen aurale en Francais le Mercredi, ca va etre tres difficile. Je pense que c'est la meme chose avec l'Allemand pour les Francais.
