I think the nationalities of the immigrants in Switzerland have changed. There are a lot more different nationalities than there used to be a few years ago. Unfortunately I can't agree about racism in Switzerland, there are defintely racist people in Switzerland. How people treat you depends a lot on your nationality though. But it is a problem in Switzerland.

it's ok, i understand what you mean. just imagine everyone was writing in his native language here, that would be pretty annoying, i suppose.

no, i can't. there are always feelings involved, even if you don't love a person. i don't think that casual sex is wrong as a moral issue if you're both single and you both know that it is just for one night. still it's not my style, i feel horrible about having sex with 'anyone'. i totally agree... this really sucks.

it's always difficult if you're moving to another counrty. do you really want to move there or just spend some time there to learn the language? barcelona is a very nice place and spanish people are very nice and open-minded, which is great if you're coming to another country, where you hardly know anybody. i totally understand you though. i'm going to england and i feel the same way about it. on the one hand i'm really looking forward to it, because i always wanted to go there, on the other hand i'm a bit scared because i don't know many people there yet.... and it's only for three months, so i can imagine how you feel about it. teach me some :sneaky:

thanks for your advice. i thought that japanese would be very difficult, ewasn't that sure about russian. so it probably isn't a good idea to start learning another language, which might be even more difficult than the languages i've been studying. i can't speak well in other languages either. i don't really have a problem in english... i make mistakes of course but people understand me. i can't speak french well, i sounds soo german.

good luck to you, spanish is pretty difficult to learn (i've been learning spanish for almost four years and i'm still pretty bad at it) so you're gonna move to barcelona now? i think it's actually me llamo with 'vivir' you have to use a preposition, which would be 'a'. but the spanish people here could help you a lot more.... i can't speak spanish very well either.

i read that too, i'm not sure if it's true. unfortunately i won't be in switzerland then. i hope i can ge tickets for their concert in scotland.
