yeah, the original london old navy (we have two now). i do get a discount. 20% off of any and everything and then 40% off of 4 items we can wear to work (shirts and pants) a month. and that cd i speak of is just the store soundtrack. we get new ones each month, but for our 'bermuda bag' weekend they sent us a re-edited one with the old navy guy talking about how great a deal bermuda bags are. it was mostly the same tracks from that months cd, but they used 'c'mere' by interpol as opposed to 'evil' which is on the regular months soundtrack. i was probably the only one who noticed the switch. hah. but yeah.

i do, i do justine. i can hook you up with bermuda shorts. you'll wear them forever! ha. listening to that interpol interview that was linked. zzzzz, i don't care about how great the differences between pedals are.

okay, so i just saw the video for c'mere. i'm not in love with it, but it wasn't embarassingly bad.

i still am a little curious as to why they picked c'mere as their new single when it's rarely included in concert setlists? regardless though i am siked, c'mere was one of my favourite tracks off of antics. old navy used c'mere on their 'bermuda bag special' weekend cd. it was a nice surprise to hear while i was working. as for the video, i'm currently downloading it. i'm excited. i love paul's harry carry glasses!

ha. emo kids. i eat them for breakfast! anyway, i work at old navy and this month's cd has 'misfit' by elefant. i was so siked. it's fun to fold khaki to good music. there is also interpol on the cd. shockgasp. it's a good music month for me.

i'm looking forward to seeing him live in september. he's really quite good.

i just bought some tickets to see snow patrol. i'm not that big of a fan, so the band member change won't really bother me.

oh i enjoyed steps, but i'm that embarassed as no one really knew about them in canada. muaha. i've got some lindsay lohan and ashlee simpson tunes downloaded though and i'm a little red in the face about those.

i just bought my copy of spin with interpol on the cover. i haven't had a chance to read the articles yet, but that picture of paul is striking. big fan. ha. interpol's 'slow hands' was sampled on entertainment tonight. ha, that's amusing!

sarah introduced me to bloc party's song 'banquet'. i quite like it! it really reminds me of franz ferdinand.

i adore evil the song, but did you really love the video for evil? a dancing puppet is not cool.

i actually was really sure jack johnson and ben harper were the most overrated artists in the world and refused to listen to them, but when i was cd shopping the other day they were playing jack johnson's new album and i fell in love and bought it. it's fantastic.

someone so kindly sent me 'talk' yesterday. i adore it. it's been on repeat on my ipod since the moment i got up. so siked to hear the rest of the album.

yeah, it's definitely crazy on here today. everyone is just desperate for a little taste of the new album. i know i am. i want to hear the track so friggin' bad.

i saw him the other night on that late late show. i can't believe women freak out over him. he's just this meek lil' piece of string with a wig on. i no longer want an emo boyfriend. maybe a boyfriend with emo hair. that'll do.

i just got home and watched the performace (vcrLOVE). interpol did a pretty snazzy job! much better then their letterman appearance. i love paul and his many hats. and that keyboardest. he's hilarious.
