  1. Oh, how long haven't I been to these forums? It must have been ages since the last time I was here... :dizzy: Anyway, I'm really glad to find myself in this commuity back again. Missed all of you! Have already been happy to read all the posts I missed. Let me share a story with you... A few weeks ago I attended a summer school. There was an instructor who was also responsible for the music played there. Yeah, he was called "the DJ". I was stunned and felt like being struck by a lightning every time there was a Coldplay playing out loud. I was fanboying quietly inside and sometimes I just expressed my shock and happiness to the person next to me... I wasn't fond of hearing Something Just Like This much but something is still better than nothing so at least I managed to be satisfied. Then the next popular track was A Sky Full Of Stars. I literally wanted to dance and groove each time it went on but I had to control myself. You don't want to see me moving to the beat in public! :joy: I even requested this song when we had a campfire before the last day. On the last day I was sitting right in front of the speaker when I heard a piece of music that I was sure I knew but couldn't figure out what song it was. It took me some time and then I was like "Jesus Christ! That's it! It's 'The Scientist!'" Surprise, surprise! It was a huge suprise to me! However, the biggest thing out of all the Coldplay songs that I heard there was Shiver. I mean, this song really? I couldn't believe that I was listening to it. I would never have expected this song to pop out but it filled me with astonishment and joy...

  5. I happened to give my teacher a fright when I met him in the door meanwhile I was entering the classroom. Neither of us had expected the other one to appear in the doorway. Anyway, he must have been really startled because I could see it in his face and he wasn't even able to greet me or say anything after I had said hello to him and apologised to him for scaring him. (He was the more terrified one!) I couldn't stop laughing afterwards, it was way too funny for me to handle the situation. I truly have no idea what he was thinking or feeling when he returned and saw me chuckling... Embarrassing, isn't it? :joy:

  8. I've just come across the news that two days ago there was a man performing Viva la Vida during one of the episodes of SuperStar 2018 (Idol franchise) with contestants both from the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

  11. I can't help myself but have already been feeling kind of down, disappointed and frustrated in the past few days that I couldn't attend the concert of one of my favourite musicians this Monday because of school and the distance between the city where the event took place and the town I live in... I really wish I had been able to go there and see him performing. Nowadays whatever I do to keep myself busy and think about something else I just don't seem to get distracted and most times I find myself again in this state. Never ever have I ever felt this low... I guess I'm feeling this way with no signs of fast recovery since this is the very first time it has ever happened to me.
  12. I was talking to my classmates when one of them happened to mention number 42 out of the blue. I was so lost for words that I hadn't been able to speak for a while before I managed to state that 42 is Chris's favourite number. This was really random, though.
  13. Maybe I'm a ghost, just a whisper in a puff of smoke, a secret that nobody knows, no one will ever hear
  14. Today my History teacher was wearing a T-shirt with "LOST IN PARADISE" written on it. As soon as I took a look at it and read it thoroughly, I was like "My, oh, my! This reminds me of the Coldplay! Wow, he surely knows how to lift my spirits, even twice as much.". Had I not been at school but home, I would have played the aforementioned songs out loud. Anyway, after the lesson I wanted to compliment the teacher on his tee but I was too coy to make that happen because I didn't wish to present myself as a toady. Maybe I should have told him after all... :D
  15. I'd rather choose terrible seats at a Coldplay concert... :D Would you rather go home alone through gloomy alleyways with no public lighting or over a frequented road with drivers being speed demons?
