Yeah well, in English class we had to choose about 5 things from a list of 30 to do concerning a novel that we read. I read "Dr. Jekkyl and Mr.Hyde" by Robert Louis Stevenson. One of the things I chose to do was something along the lines of: 'create a list of songs that could be used as a soundtrack to this book.' Now I know it wasn't exactly like that, I don't have the sheet with me right now, but I am guseeing the teacher wants songs where the lyrics reflect some of the messages portrayed in the book. So far I have: Climbing up the Walls - Radiohead Maxwell's Silver Hammer - The Beatles (I just hope it is about lyrics :laugh4:) Live in Skin - Foo Fighters Pictures in the Mirror - The Living End Parallel Universe - Red Hot Chilli Peppers What Difference Does it Make? - The Smiths The Eraser - Thom Yorke (the chorus at least) New York - Eskimo Joe If you don't know the story of the book, basically it is about a guy creates a concotion, drinks it, it eliminates all good from his body and contains all the evil in him in a different form, evil bitch tramples girl, kills man, soon good part cannot control the evil part (ie. when he turns into evil guy), ends up losing all control over evil guy, dies.

  3. Oh God, the irony! I'm gonna e laughing at this for weeks.
  4. Rats singing? I have a song in my head, but I dunno what it is called...... probably wrong anyway. Damn it! I'll be listening to this all night. And you stole my idea, I recorded a unch of songs in some fucked up tuning a while ack but I couldn't e bothered uploading them. EDIT: I think my 'b' button on my keyboard is screwed up. (I had to press the button three times for the 'b's in that sentence.)

I'm feeling inspired. Starting tomorrow I will start to work out regularly. Not now though.... I'm tired.
  6. Damn straight. Also The Beatles or Led Zeppelin.
  7. I hate it so much! I usually stare out the window sort of inconspicuosly.

Don't you people watch the videos we do at school? If you watched the ones we did, you wouldn't take up smoking, I swear to you. Some friggin lady that speaks in wheezes and has a frigging hole in her neck to breathe. (It is the worst thing I have ever seen in my life.) There were girls yelling "Turn it off! Oh God, turn it off!" for fuck's sake. People cutting up people's asophagouses' (I've got no clue on the spelling of that) with a heap of fat squeezing out, and heart's with tar in 'em. Some ad with "Cat's in the Cradle" playing and some kid crying at the TV watching a tape of his father in hospital saying his last wishes. Not good.
  11. Probably masturbation. Too scared though. :embarassed:

I discovered the other day I was extremely unfit, I used to play loads of sports: tennis, soccer, football (AFL), golf, touch footy, basketball, Little Athletics  etc. I now do nothign and feel like crap. What are the best things you can do to exercise/work out within your own home? How much do you exercise, what do you do to exercise?
  13. I wonder if he worded it like that? :laugh4:
  14. Haha, no worries.
  15. Hahaha, you're such a loser.
  16. I would love to live in the 60's. But may as well make the best of what I have.
  17. No worries :wink2: On the Triple J site there is a thing saying there is another show this Sunday night.
  18. I got the thing up early. Youth Group - Live at the Wireless 2006 Setlist (Just a small gig.) 1. Baby Boy 2. On a String 3. Under the Underpass 4. Daisychains 5. Skeleton Jar 6. Sorry 7. Forever Young 8. Shadowland http://rapidshare.de/files/29469194/Youth_Group_-_Live_at_the_Wireless_2006.rar.html Make sure the tracklisting is the same as above first, because I think it may have rearranged into alphabetical.
  19. WOOTY! Thanks a bunch!
  20. ^It doesn't say wife though, although she may be, I dunno. And about that performance with Jonny and his upside-down guitar, I think that the show they were on said that they had to mime the performance (like a lot of shows do, damn them. *shakes fist*.)
  21. ^I'll have it up by tomorrow night.
  22. Yeah, 70's: Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, AC/DC..... I don't consider sub-genres below-standard, because they aren't. There are just so many! And you're right, Nirvana are grunge (definitely not metal.)
