Oh, i'm not ruling those people out...i know there are still people who are just discovering Coldplay and their new album. Yes, they are commercial and popular...that's why i hate the media. I really feel that when a band becomes too popular, it's not the band's fault....it's all the hype surrounding the album that makes it over-commercialized. I don't like it when people say an album and/or band is too commercial as if that 's a bad thing..as if they are selling themselves...it just means more people are realizing what a great band coldplay is. I think they want to keep improving as musicians so they are going to try out new sounds, which of course means they will lose fans...it's funny because they've said in interviews that they've moved past their 'Parachutes' and pre-parachutes days...they were just starting out and they are not as confident about those songs as much as 'X&Y'. That's one of the many reasons why they don't play their old songs in concerts. In terms of lyrics....Chris has said many times that his lyrics are just feelings...they are not meant to analyze, so in future albums, his lyrics will be pretty much that: just feelings. I feel that with their 4th album they will lose their 'Parachutes' and pre-parachutes fans.

I swear to you...i'm not lying...I wondered what Will's wife's job was...my first guess was, 'she's probably a teacher' and i read this article and my god, i was right. But, i would have never guessed that Guy's wife was a stylist!

I'm going to say this again...i understand what you are saying, The Reckoner 00. I miss the 'Parachutes' days. The reason why i don't like these kinds of threads is because i feel some people have still not moved on from the fact that 'X&Y' was not what fans had hoped. There were so many of these threads in June when the album came out...i've expressed my disappointments as well. Four months later, when i still see threads like this, it's exhausting. I'm not saying let's have threads like, "Coldplay rocks; if you think otherwise, you suck!" or "Coldplay is the Best. End of Argument" What i'm saying is let's move on. I mean, should be still discuss why we loved/hated 'Parachutes' and 'AROBTTH'? i hope you understand what i'm trying to say.

i don't think coldplay's fans have a specific style-that's what makes us so special!

I'm excited to get older...probably because i have good genes (my mom's side). My mom's 52 years old but people say she looks 40. People think i'm still in high school and i have to tell them i graduated 5 years ago.

hmmm, i also thought that you gain weight from beer because of the high calories in just one bottle, not because of the appetite you get.

the drummer is probably the fittest one...yeah, they might sit down when they play, but a drummer has to be very strong and fit.

i think it's funny how we were dissing her fashion sense and i wrote in one post how she needs a fashion stylist.....then, of course, we find out she is one!

Oh, i hate it when they make a dance version of good songs..they do that so often in the states.
