ok, does anyone else sense a similarity between "the nappies" and "sleeping sun"? I just had to go watch nappies again after Moses was born and it hit me that even tho Chris and the boys were camping it up it had a taste of "sleeping sun" to it. Or it might be me...I'm taking alot of coldmedicine at the moment. <bg>

oops, I did mean Black Mountain, thanks. And like others who have posted here, I had sort of blocked out how horrible Black Mountain were. One of the local Boston reviewers labled their sound " psychedelic noodle rock " Don't know about that but I do know they were so loud it hurt my ears. I sent my BF off to buy me ear plugs just so I could survive with my ear drums intact for Coldplay! Thought Richard Ashcroft was a good fit musically for the boys.

I have two words for those who thought Ashcroft sucked as an opener for Coldplay Cold Mountain <eg>

Square one was and still is my fav track on X&Y. I would have loved to see it as a single. The way it segways into Fix You makes me melt.

Hope everyone is on the mend, Just getting over the flu too, definately laid me low. Only about a month before I get to see Coldplay in NH, can't believe I will get to see them twice this tour.

I don't mind scruffy but the hair and the scraggly beard hair growing down his neck...ewww...he really does need a tidy up. Thanks all you guys who thought my daughter's comment about Shirley Temple was as funny as I did. She really is a fan, and from watching the videos, Chris is her fav. That she didn't even recognize him is pretty telling, just like Camy's dad not thinking it was the same guy on her poster.

My six yearold is a Coldplay fan, sings along to all the songs in the car, knows all the albums. I was playing the video of Talk I downloaded from Grammies, and she comes bopping over and says, "Mummy? Who's that?" (I had headphones on, so no sound to tip her off) I said, "I'm listening to coldplay, that's Chris Martin hunny" She shouts, "Chris Martin?!? But he has Shirley Temple hair?" I about peed myself laughing. Kids!

OH MY! I think my heart just stopped, these last posts are absolutely HOT
