  1. Thanks for sharing that. I have to say is is adorable, and his arms look incredible in that shirt ... yum!
  2. Made my first donation of the new year. Let's hope 2009 continues strong for Zali and the $1.36 Campaign
  3. Welcome back Tracie! Everytime the songs from HWSTW come up on my ipod it makes me smile.
  4. The one by Anthony Med? It is, it's the first one listed.

  6. I'm hoping in error just means the release date may be wrong. Hope it gets sorted soon. I loved the teaser they put on the main Coldplay site awhile back and I'm such a book worm, this will be a definite must buy if it ever gets released!
  7. LOL Mel! I bet Angie has us all beat ( if you count all her air fare) But hey (shrugs) it's just money and we are talking Coldplay!
  8. So many Coldplay songs have themes of devotion or redemption, I'm not surprised someone thought of using the band's music in a Christian youth service. Personally I've always thought Yellow would be a good fit in that way. It's pert of the genius of their music that the love they speak of is open to such wide interpretation by us listeners.
  9. When I saw them in Boston in August of 08 the tour hadn't been underway very long and they were still playing Yes. It was awesome to hear live! I was also really was blown away by the whole Lovers in Japan/Confetti experience. It hadn't ever really been a favorite track from the album prior to seeing the boys do it live. When I was lucky enough to see them again in Boston in October 08 I think Chris solo on the B-stage doing The hardest Part was my sweetest memory. We had great loge seats very close to the b-stage and it was amazing to be that close while they played out there.
  10. The kite flying quote cracks me up because of that video interview out there where he's sitting with Jonny talking about kites. Jonny is all giggly and Chris is in full ramble mode about kites. So random and so funny.
  11. I know this is the Buckland religion thread but I love Will's comment around 3:45 when the interviewer is telling them about a DJ calling them Radiohead light... Will throws in "Where does he live?" ...being the band bad ass again. OK.. back to our Jonny love fest. I never get tired of this picture

an oldie but goody ... seems like an unguarded moment even though it's caught on film.
  13.   That pic of Chris and he is so cute! This is an older one but worthy of a repeat.
  14. I'm with Sue, that b-stage version we got to see on tour gave me goosebumps too. One of the first things I did to help my post concert crash was come here and scour the Media section here for that piano version. And of course my fellow Coldplayers did not let me down. As for which album it belongs on, I think that in the end ther is definately a method to the boy's maddness, I'm just glad Chris saw fit to bring it out on tour. It's a GEM
  15. definately wierd choice that. Oh, and voted!
  16. Boy, I love this thread. I've been with out power and internet since Thursday because of a big ice storm that hit our state. Love putting faces to more of the roadie names.
  17. Great job on the youtube editorial. Love it.
  18. oh dear, woke up this morning to find us behind. (((hugs))) to the anchorman though, it was great to see his announcement up there on the official site.
  19. Love that politik clip! He really is amazing. Thanks Fudgie!
  20. I'm not fan but I'd give 'em some points for recognizing greatness!
  21. **Yeah!** I was psyched to see Anchor man give our efforts a plug.

ok, even though this is only a screen cap of Jonny, it's still a great shot of the Chris/Jonny luv. You can watch the whole clip here >> [ame=http://www.amazon.de/gp/mpd/permalink/mYI7GRM10SS3L]Amazon.com : Entertainment : Coldplay (Promotion)[/ame] Screen cap from an early promo, of them doing an acoustic version of "Lovers". The whole video is a Chris/Jonny lovefest. The other videos are great too.
  23. All of those are great! [ame=http://www.amazon.de/gp/mpd/permalink/mYI7GRM10SS3L/279-6351335-7957533]Amazon.com : Entertainment : Coldplay (Promotion)[/ame]
  24. Mens sizes run small, at least I thought so. Just try one on over your regular cloths when you get there. The vendors in Boston were letting folks do that before they paid. The thing this time with the t-s is that the material is really light weight, very thin and strechy. I suppose it's designed to be layered. I like my brown Twisted Logic t much better. A heavier weight that I can see standing up to much washing and wearing.
  25. Glad I swung back in here to check out the last few posts. Awesome pressies behind those spoiler buttons!
