Elliott Smith
XO and Either/Or are easily his best albums. which is better hard to say, they are different and it's hard to compare them. they are both close to perfect. FABOTH is 3rd. it has some one of the best moments in Elliott's career, but also leaves a feeling that something's missing (probably he'd make a better album if he'd be alive in that time). i like s/t and Figure 8 equally i think. probably, i prefer the s/t. Roman Candle is my least favourite of his albums, but it doesn't mean it's bad. overally: Either/Or = XO > From A Basement On The Hill > s/t >/= Figure 8 > Roman Candle

Bob Dylan
great choice! my favourite Dylan lyrics come from Desolation Row, probably.

My friends are killing me
bad music for everyone is different. as good music is, too but wait! if i'd start to generalise bad music then Backstreet Boys would be in the same category with bands like Muse or Razorlight. they are not better in anything than BSB or Britney Spears, in my opinion you have no point. just because you feel you dislike it, it doesn't make that music bad, either makes music good if you like it. you may like it, someone else may not. for you this is good music, for someone else that is good music. it's good or bad, IN YOUR OPINION but not generally

Radiohead
well, you posted "do you believe those leaks are real?" i rolled eyes, because i found it a bit silly that you had a guess that it might a real deal. especially, on a Radiohead msgboard you have to be ready for all these "leaks" and hoaxes. they talk shit because they like to make fun of others. in some cases it's really funny but after several time it gets annoying. i was hoaxed, too once. months ago. but that was a really good joke  and then again don't forget to take a look at the thread starter never ever, there are not too many AtEasers in the main forum who are actually reliable sources. also don't forget to make a virus check of what are you donwloading, never know... don't worry, you'll be one of the first who'll be informed about the real leaks :)

Radiohead
but they haven't even finished the recording sessions. they probably scratched all those songs they have recorded during the last months, years (of course if they have recorded them) and started all over again. what they might have are probably unfinished parts of them (maybe only in Nude's case we can speak about a "finished song") on the other hand, i don't really think the same situation will happen as with HTTT. it won't leak too early. it's not stupid. but it's unlikely that Spooks would be the first and the only one song which would leak (the easiest song to create on your own PC and you don't even need to mix it with vocals) don't expect the leak earlier than the title, tracklist will be announced ;)

Radiohead
i was rolling eyes at the actual "probably those leaks are real" sentence. first, it's not that time of the year. second, it's AtEase on which 80% of posts in the main forum shouldn't be handled as truthful. and the most important, check the username of the member who creates a leak thread ;)

gooood! better than the 06, although the graphics like pictures of "the most famous" players are missing, so you have to get them yourself. but the game itself is really enjoyable + there's a lot of new features- Damon Albarn new band : THE GOOD THE BAD AND THE QUEEN

- Hungary
seriously, i was living there for a quite long time and i know that people are quite temperamental, but this is just worse than anything i've previosuly expected... this is how they celebrated the anniversary of the 56's revolution on Monday: http://index.hu/politika/belfold/2006/elkurtuk/videok/?vid=okt23_harc http://index.hu/politika/belfold/2006/elkurtuk/videok/?vid=okt23_tank http://index.hu/politika/belfold/2006/elkurtuk/videok/?vid=okt23_hajnal more videos and the antecedents on the same page P.S if you wouldnt' know why is all this situation: a tape on which the PM Ferenc Gyurcsany is lying about the economical situation of Hungary has leaked weeks ago (he was also swearing at Hungary itself!!)...and naturally people started reacting, protesting and unfortunately even fighting...- please help
Acrobat Reader from Adobe, it's free you can extract jpegs, gifs whatever from pdf files with it- Humans living far beyond planet's means, warns WWF
- Humans living far beyond planet's means, warns WWF
look at those graphics again, NME boy closer... and analyse the situation from the beginning of the industrial revolution to nowadays... approximately 200 years and not thousands, jeez i'm not arguing that the temperature changing is a natural effect but the humans are "helping" in this issue obviously, in the last 10 years we made some new records like number of hurricanes in 1 year, max. temperature etc. but if you don't care, you can still go and use the energy of which we are running out btw- Humans living far beyond planet's means, warns WWF

believe it or not, but global warming isn't bullshit... both issues are equally important and have commons ;)- ...
^ nah, don't worry we have enough time, the deadline will be extended anyway, i guess i can also reduce the minimal number of albums to 25-30 if it helps. i just really need to know how many people are actually interested in doing this ;)- "Ondes Martenot's recommendation thread"
