  1. Yeah...if only I had $1500+ to spare for fun...oh well. I hope a deserving fan gets it.
  2. Oh and "The One I Love"
  3. I like that one hit song of his...but not this...not at all.
  4. This is spot on. Its called progression/evolution. We cannot live in the past, it turns us into grumpy old people.
  5. Thanks for posting! With my luck and knowing my local theater, I would have heard nothing, and would have shown up on the 25th to realize I had been screwed out of $20.
  6. Its so funny how so many of you act as though your paid and respected reviewers...!!!! Hahaha!Coldplay killed it. In the best and most awesome way!!!! Good night to you all in Europe...Here in the SW USA I have 4 Corona under my belt and a whole night ahead of me! Hasta la Vista.
  7. OMG!!!! The new single is awesome LIVE!!!! Forget anything I said negative about it! Beautiful!!! I love the way Chris moves!
  8. "Thank you for our lifestyle..." Thank you for being so fuckin awesome!
  9. First time I saw Coldplay: Grammys in '05 or so...singing this song on TV...Chris seemed like such a goof with his make trade fair symbol on his hand....I was beyond hooked! Edit: I had to look it up it was 2003!!!! Watch:
  10. Im sorry...so verklempt here....*tear* I've waited so long....
  11. Awesome version! Loved watching them rockout...Will so freakin happy!!!
  12. I feel so bad for saying anything negative about the new song...I love Coldplay and just as it was the first time I saw them live years ago, they are magical LIVE, and I am so glad they have new songs, and that they are touring once again. They sound and look great!!! <3
  13. I remember the X & Y tour, when they took photos of the crowd then threw the cameras into the audience...those were the days... But yeah I can't live in the past... I'm excited to see them back on stage. What is the link to tomorrow's live streaming, please?
  14. I wish there was a "like" option, so I could like this without having to quote it pages away from your first posting of it... I agree 100 % with you, and also about waiting to hear the LP5...I just hope it isn't all like this single. But ...what do you expect from a guy whose best friend is Jay Z and Beyonce? I mean really.....who wouldn't move to the mainstream under that influence?
  15. The more I think of it...I am disappointed. I am more excited about Eddie Vedder's new ukelele songs.
  16. I feel like I did when Violet Hill was released ahead of VLV...I was just so excited to have a new CP song, that I bought it and played it, but once the entire album was released, it turned out to be my least favorite, and I often skip it on my iPod now... I can't decide if I like this new song a lot or not. I think Chris' cadence is what I don't like...I'll have to listen many more times before I can decide. Plus...iTunes doesn't have it available, and I am in the US....what's up with that?
  17. I've been needing/wanting something to look forward...and THIS IS IT! I even bought the cinema ticket for the Glastonbury gig...I may be one of 10 other fans in the ABQ theater, but I'll be there! Can't wait!!!! (JK I bet it sells out). And if they are doing this release as they have in the past, we should see the new album 5-6 weeks from Friday.
